Refund Policy

30-day no-hassle returns. We genuinely want you to love what you bought.

30-day window

Return any unused, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Non-returnable

Custom-finished pieces and clearance items marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return.
