Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping coming in 2026.

Free shipping

Orders of $500 or more ship free anywhere in the contiguous US. Smaller orders are a flat $49.

In-stock items ship within 2 business days. Bulky pieces (sectionals, dining sets) ship via white-glove freight in 7–14 business days.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Freight items also include a courtesy phone call to schedule delivery.

If anything arrives damaged, photograph it and email us within 48 hours. We'll send replacement parts or a full unit at no cost.
